Submission Instruction 
Camera ready version submission:
 Please make sure to follow the below steps in sequential order to successfully upload your camera-ready paper by 1 August 2010.

IMPORTANT: You have to register for the conference through the registration section of the conference website and complete your payment before uploading your camera-ready paper. Please make sure to use the first author's email address for registering and uploading your camera-ready paper as well.

Step 1 - Log into ASSYST to set your profile
If you have not used the ASSYST paper submission  system before, please go to the following webpage to set up your profile first:

IMPORTANT: If you are only one of the co-authors who is NOT responsible for uploading the accepted paper, you will still have to set your profile BEFORE the camera-ready deadline otherwise you may not be listed among the co-authors in the proceedings.

Step 2 - Register for the conference at a NON-STUDENT rate
please go to the Registration section of the conference website and use the online registration link to register for the conference.

IMPORTANT: For each accepted paper at least one author must register for the respective event at A NON-STUDENT rate, even if all authors are students. One registration payment covers up to two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted to the conference.        

Step 3 - Upload your paper to ASSYST by 1 August 2010.

To complete the process and upload your camera-ready paper, please go to the URL below. Log in with your credentials that you have set up in Step 1 and upload your paper.

IMPORTANT: When uploading the camera-ready version, please make sure to add your co-authors in the same order as they appear in the file.  Authors whose paper got accepted for the InterMedia Open Forum 2010 need to register at a full price for the UCMEDIA 2010 Workshop Day only (half-day registration, the workshop will be held in the afternoon, one author per paper) on the following site.
You DO NOT need to register for the whole Technical Session.

Please, follow the instructions of the Author's Kit. If the paper is not formatted accordingly it will not be part of the proceedings neither published in the series. You can find the instructions on the LNICST website
Full papers (up to 8 pages submissions) should describe results and original research work not submitted or published elsewhere. Full papers should properly place the work within the field, cite related work, and clearly indicate the innovative aspects of the work and its contribution to the field.
